Group Classes
Parkinson's Pathways
‘Parkinson’s pathways’ is an exercise class designed to help individuals with Parkinson’s disease manage their symptoms and improve their overall quality of life. Classes are specifically designed to address the physical and psychological challenges associated with the condition. All our Physiotherapists are PD Warrior trained, having completed both the Level 1 and Level 2 PD Warrior courses, and will incorporate these evidence-based principles into this unique program.
Balance Pathways
Balance Pathways is a unique, interactive, high level balance class to challenge those who are independently mobile but are at increased falls risk. This program is more challenging than ‘Stepping On’, incorporating more dynamic balance and using evidence-based principles to improve balance and reduce falls risk. This class is open to all clients, including those privately funded, and is a fun way to help people be safer and more active in the community.
Aquatic Pathways
We now offer water-based exercise classes within the community. These vary from active, group exercise classes, to one-on-one sessions for those with higher needs. Aquatic Pathways can be provided in a home pool, or at community pools, and sessions are tailored to individual needs. Contact us for more information!
Oncology Pathways
Oncology Pathways is a unique, specifically designed exercise class catering for people experiencing all stages of cancer. The Program will improve your strength, energy and physical function and is a fun way to help people regain their confidence and improve their health.
Dance Pathways
Our Royal Academy of Dance teacher, Ash, has extensive experience across a range of ages and abilities. She will be running a variety of classes or individual sessions specifically tailored to meet the needs of the participants. She offers the following options for Dance Pathways each Friday:

This is an evidence-based course, developed in NZ, and our practice are accredited as providers. This program is of huge benefit to those who are newly diagnosed with MS, or those looking at how to better manage their MS.
Dragon Boating
We are so pleased to be able to be partnering with ‘Flamin Dragons Port Macquarie’ to offer an opportunity for our clients to go Dragon Boating each month. This program is primarily for those with neurological conditions or significant physical limitations for whom access to an activity like this is a challenge. Our staff all join in this exciting activity to provide support and assistance throughout such that even those with severe physical challenges have been able to participate. We love seeing our clients enjoying physical activity out on the water, socially engaging and being able to access the beautiful natural environment that our region has to offer.

Concussion
Mark has undertaken additional training through the Complete Concussions brand, a company that aims to establish a consistent worldwide plan for management of concussion, using the most up to date evidence. This involves using objective measures to allow your symptoms to be tracked, as well as breaking your symptoms down into smaller more manageable components. By using up to date evidence to support treatment plans, it is possible to take active steps towards recovery, rather than waiting for symptoms to subside.
