Here are some of the most common questions we get asked. If you have a question that isn’t covered here or would like more information, please get in touch.

We see people with chronic and complex conditions including spinal cord injury, brain injury, MS, FND, Parkinson’s and other neurological disorders or complex presentations, as well as Concussion and Haemophilia. We are unable to see those with acute or general musculoskeletal issues. We see clients on the NDIS, Lifetime care, and Aged care as well as private clients.

No. Private clients do not need a referral. However, any information you may have from your GP is very helpful.

For those on insurance schemes, please advise your coordinator so we can get the appropriate approvals in place.

Our service does not routinely provide services to DVA Please call us for further information.

There are no EFTPOS or HICAPS machines on site, and we don’t accept cash.

Invoices are sent electronically to clients (or funders) via email and can be paid by direct deposit. Alternatively, automatic credit card payments can be made through Halaxy (an online platform) if required. This can be set up at your initial appointment. Appointments are eligible for private health rebates, claims must be submitted directly to the health fund by the client.

Yes. There is wheelchair friendly carparking off Kyogle Place. Check our location page for directions.

Yes. There is a large, level carpark, ramp and a wide automatic door at the entry off Kyogle Place. All rooms in the premises have wide doorways to accommodate all walking aids and wheelchairs and we also have an accessible toilet on site.

NDIS and Lifetime Care fees follow industry recommendations. Private client appointments are $200 for hour long appointments, and $100 for half hour appointments.

All our classes and ‘MS Get a Head Start’ courses are a shared cost depending on the number of participants.

Initial client forms may be sent to you via email prior to your first appointment. These may include a client intake form with personal details, or a service agreement and privacy consent form. If possible please complete these forms before your first visit, or arrive 10 min early to complete as this makes the best use of the appointment time.
